Cut the chicken, wash it well, drain it and add salt and pepper. Leave it for 10 minutes, then fry it in hot oil, well, on all sides.
Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and bell peppers. Cut the peppers in half, slice the slices and bake on a grill. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Boil with water, along with hot peppers and sliced garlic. Bring to a boil, then pour over the fried chicken. Let it boil for a few more minutes, matching the taste of salt and pepper.
Serve with chopped green parsley sprinkled on top and polenta.
