We wash the fish and clean them of scales. We wash them well again and increase them on both sides to the bone.
Sprinkle them with salt everywhere and place them in a pan greased with oil. Then add on top cleaned and sliced onions, tomato juice, whole tomatoes with broth, lemon juice, pepper and spices to taste. Then sprinkle a little oil on top.
Put in the oven and when it is almost ready, add lemon slices on top and inside the fish. Let it brown nicely and turn off the heat.
Garnish with green parsley for a more appetizing decor.
