- 10 mushrooms
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 or
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- green parsley
- 2 small carrots
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed mushrooms:
We clean the mushrooms and wash them and then we wipe them, break the legs from the mushrooms and chop them finely (I chopped them with the robot). Finely chop the onion and garlic and then heat them in a little oil. minced meat and let it cook together. Add tomato paste if desired and season with salt and pepper. Let cool, fill the mushroom caps with mixture. On top add a slice of cheese or grated cheese. a few pieces of butter and bake for about 40 minutes.
