PARJOALE THE OVEN

Traditionally, the parjoals are fried in a pan with oil. Besides the fact that the frying in general is not good, we also fill the kitchen with smells that we hardly take out. The way out of the situation is to cook the parjoales in the oven & # 8211 we put them all to cook at once and we don't stand next to the stove, we reduce the smell to a minimum and finally we eat healthy.

mixed minced meat (pork and beef) & # 8211 400 gr
eggs & # 8211 2 pcs.
carrot & # 8211 1 pc.
potato & # 8211 1 medium
onion & # 8211 1 medium
garlic & # 8211 2 puppies
breadcrumbs & # 8211 2-3 tablespoons
salt pepper

Chop the carrot, onion, potato and garlic in the food processor. Mix the given composition with the meat, eggs and ground breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
We lined the oven tray with baking paper. Form the parjoals and arrange them in the pan.

Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until the parjoals are browned. Excess fat will be removed in the tray, so we will receive a less greasy product. Good appetite!
