These tasty pancakes with meat and mushrooms are tasty and very effective!
Whenever I prepare meat dishes: steak either in the oven or grilled, slices, meatballs or sausages and stay for the second or even the third day, I wonder how to combine them to prepare something other than a simple stew or moussaka.
This time I made some pancakes in the oven, which turned out very good.
- For 8 pancakes:

- 300 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 sachet baking powder
- 300 gr flour
- oil for frying pan

- 1kg meat (minced)
- 350 gr canned mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 1 pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 or
- For au gratin:
- 1 or
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1/2 dill connection
- oil for greased form

For pancakes: I rubbed the egg with salt, I added the cold milk, then the flour mixed with the baking powder. I mixed well and I started to prepare the pancakes in a pan with a diameter of 22 cm, putting 1 piece of dough in the hot pan and greased with a little oil. I baked each pancake for 1 minute on each side, over a higher heat.
Prepare the filling
For the filling: I chopped the meat dishes (2 homemade sausages, 3 slices, 2 pieces of grilled chicken breast, 3 slices of kaizer).
I chopped the onion in scales and hardened it in a little oil, then I added the drained and chopped mushrooms. I stirred a few times so that it didn't stick and I lifted it off the heat, leaving it to cool.
After cooling, I mixed the mushrooms and onions with the minced meat, I added 1/2 bunch of chopped green parsley, an egg and a donut washed, cleaned and cut into cubes and I mixed well.
Spices were not to be added, as all the meat ingredients were seasoned during the previous preparation.

I coupled two pancakes, so that with both to obtain the length of the heat-resistant form in which I prepared them and I spread a quarter of the meat and mushroom composition, at one end of the pancakes, then I rolled them and placed them baked, greased with a little oil, side by side.
In a bowl, mix the 2 eggs well with flour and water, then fry the pancakes one by one.
7 pancakes came out of my dough.
In a bowl we put the 2 packets of cheese, eggs (whole), sugar, vanilla sugar, and as many raisins as we want.
Mix well with a spoon and start filling the pancakes.
Put about 3 tablespoons of cheese on each pancake, and after filling it, do not roll it normally, roll it very wide, just join the edges a little.
After filling them all, I put them in a tray made of aluminum foil not greased with anything, you can put in whatever you want, but it is preferable to have at least one dish of jenna, and the pancakes to be one a little over the other.
I put them in the oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
The cheese filling after it comes out of the oven, is bound, does not flow at all, and is very similar to the cheese filling. You can also add sour cream on top of them before putting them in the oven.
Pancakes with sweet cheese in the oven are served either plain powdered with sugar or sour cream.
Cake the Metru-Meteres Piskota
The Metru-Meteres Piskota cake is an old cake that my mother prepared every Christmas or Easter. It was a holiday then to have such a cake in the house. The puddings were only found in Hungary and as in those times of the years & # 821780 you were not allowed to leave the country, we stocked up when the Hungarians from abroad came to the market and brought for sale all kinds of products that were not found in our country.
I don't know if you still remember those who live in the west of the country, especially how good were those hazelnuts pulled in the glaze, Dunakavics. As I was saying, my mother made supplies of pudding and margarine (because I had never seen butter brought for sale) from the market and made us this Cake at Metru-Meteres Piskota. What would I not give to be able to go back in time, to be a child again.

10 tablespoons water
12 tablespoons oil
2 cups flour (250 ml dogs)
2 sugar dogs
2 packets of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 baking powder
peel of 1 lemon

1 l milk

Preparation Cake Counter at Metru-Meteres Piskota
Put the 8 yolks in a bowl and add to them 10 tablespoons of water, 12 tablespoons of oil, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and grated peel of 1 lemon and the 2 cups of sugar and mix well with the mixer until it becomes foam.
Whisk the egg whites and gradually add to the rubbed yolk. Gradually add to this composition the 2 cups of flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. Divide the resulting composition into 2 parts and put 2 tablespoons of cocoa in one. Pour the composition into 2 cake trays and bake in the preheated oven.
After baking the tops, take them out and leave them to cool and then slice them into slices about 1 cm thick.
Preparing Cream Cake at Metru-Meteres Piskota:
In a sachet of pudding we put 5 tablespoons of sugar (you can put even more if you like sweeter) and 1/2 l milk and put it to boil. Do the same with the second pudding. After they have boiled, let them cool and then add 125 gr of frame to each and mix well.
Cake Assembly at Metru-Meteres Piskota:
We grease the slices cut from the two biscuits with these creams and then we place them alternately, a slice of white biscuit, then a black slice and so on until we finish the slices. Cover everything with chocolate icing.
