RECIPE PREPARATION Smoked salmon sandwiches:

-Cut the cucumbers into slices, garnish them with cheese paste put in a garnish and then place a piece of smoked salmon on top. -In the original recipe, 30g of butter was passed, but I avoided it this time. Anyway, the result was very tasty!


250 g paste
150 g smoked salmon
200 ml sour cream
100 g cream cheese
1 small onion
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
parsley, salt and pepper.

Boil the pasta al dente in salted water. We cut the salmon (not too small), chop the onion and put it in a large pan in olive oil.

Leave it until it becomes transparent, add the salmon and leave for 1-2 minutes

cream cheese (philadephia type or any other type you have),

sour cream (I had a very dense one).

Drain the pasta and turn it over in the pan, let the flavors blend for another minute.

Serve immediately with freshly ground pepper on top. Good job and good appetite!

50 g butter
2 green onions
1 link dill
1 thin wand

To make a spreadable paste, rub the goat cheese with the cream and butter. Add the green onions and part of the finely chopped dill bunch. Cut the bread into appropriate thick slices and grease them with cream cheese. On each, put a slice of smoked salmon and decorate with quarters of lemon slices, olive slices and dill. Separately, you can also fill some olives with cream cheese. Prepare the sandwiches shortly before serving, so as not to soften the slices of bread too much.

If you are out of ideas when preparing the holiday table while waiting for guests, and time passes faster than you need, then we come up with some simple and quick ideas for cold snacks in Russian style. In today's edition of #probaculinara, Cristina prepared some sandwiches with green vegetables and red seafood.


Ingredient:

  • unsweetened biscuits
  • seed bread / rye / plain white / breadcrumbs (optional)
  • a small can of red or black caviar (50 gr are enough)

  • 150-200 gr of smoked salmon (or any smoked fish fillet of your choice)
  • 150-200 gr shrimp
  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • spinach or lettuce leaves
  • dill and parsley for decoration

  • 120 g smoked salmon
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 70 g butter
  • a few strands of chives (or a few strands of dill)
  • 4 slices of toast bread (or 8 of the sliced ​​ones)
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds for decoration

We keep it cold for an hour and we can portion the appetizers. We decorate with smoked salmon and poppy seeds. Extremely simple to make but very tasty. Good job and good appetite!

What ingredients are needed to prepare smoked salmon sofas at home?

When you go shopping, put good quality smoked salmon, fresh cow's cheese, sour cream, lemons, chives on the list. It is important to have good quality bread.

We suggest you have wholemeal black bread. Bread slices can be cut into various shapes. Obviously, you can also use French baguette if you don't like black bread. If you can't find chives, you can put dill or finely chopped green onions.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 250 g of smoked salmon
  • 110 g fresh cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Black bread cut into various shapes

Method of preparation:

Removes sleep skin. In a bowl, mix the fresh sweet cheese with salt, pepper and cream. The smoked salmon is cut into small pieces and seasoned with freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon. Chivas cut into small pieces.

A layer of cheese and then slices of smoked salmon are added to the slices of bread. Sprinkle chives generously over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before consuming. Good appetite!

Gather and twist the ends of the paper to close like a bag.

2 Bake for 15 minutes take it out of the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes, then open the bag and let it cool.

Strain the remaining juice into the bag and bring to a boil until reduced to 3 tablespoons. Add the butter, let it melt for 1 minute, then remove from the heat. Crush the salmon, remove the shallots and add to the dill butter. Sprinkle with black pepper and stir.

3 Pour into sterilized jar and close tightly. Keep cold for a maximum of 3 days.

4 Cut out fir forms from the white bread and brown them on the grill.

Preparing sandwiches with avocado and salmon

Cut the bread slices into circles with a cookie cutter, then pour a few drops of olive oil on top.

Avocado, cream, garlic, onion, lime juice, parsley and a tablespoon of olive oil are mixed with a food processor until you get a fine paste. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a teaspoon of avocado paste on top of the slices of bread, then garnish with pieces of salmon, dill and lemon slices.
