A tasty meal, which can also be made by fasting, leaving aside the yogurt dressing, or replacing it with soy yogurt
- 4 mushrooms
- half a celery
- 2 sprigs of green onion
- half a red pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed mushrooms:
Clean the mushrooms. Chop the mushroom tails, green onions, peppers and celery, bring to a boil until soft. When they are soft, pass them (I passed them with a fork not very hard), season with salt, fill the mushrooms and bake for about 15 minutes.
When they are ready, make a yogurt dressing with dill (chopped dill + yogurt)
