Spicy Negroni

A twist on the classic, a little mezcal and ancho chile liqueur gives the Negroni a smoky and spicy finish.

  • 3/4 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Mezcal
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Ancho chile liqueur
  • 2 drops Mole bitters
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.

  2. Stir, and strain into an Old Fashioned or rocks glass over fresh ice.
