Dobrogean pie

Mix cottage cheese with 50 ml sour cream, sugar, grated lemon peel and rum essence. Homogenize. Divide the mixture (ochiometrically) into 3 equal parts.

Grease a heat-resistant dish with butter. Melt the remaining butter and let it cool.

Take one sheet at a time, grease it with a brush with melted butter and place another sheet on top. Use 3 sheets of pie for each roll and grease only the first two sheets, on the last one spread a part of the cheese mixture.

Roll into a roll and gently squeeze it to fit in the bowl (I used a 15/20 cm bowl)

Place the roll in the bowl and move on to the next roll. Form 3 rolls that you place evenly in the bowl, grease them with melted butter, prick them with a fork, and pour over them a mixture made of lightly beaten eggs, the rest of the cream, over which you put a little salt and vanilla sugar.

Put the tray in the oven, over medium heat, and bake until nicely browned.

You have no idea what smell was in the kitchen !!!
