Advice for anyone looking to mix a dynamite dessert cocktail: Start with a dynamite dessert and work backward. This rich after-dinner drink is inspired by the iconic Swiss chocolate, Toblerone, and is just as nutty, creamy and decadent.

  • 3/4 oz Kahlúa
  • 3/4 oz Frangelico
  • 3/4 oz Baileys Irish cream
  • 1/2 oz Honey syrup*
  • 1 oz Heavy cream
  • Garnish: Toblerone chocolate shavings
  • Garnish: Chocolate syrup rim
  1. Place chocolate syrup in a small shallow bowl or rimmed plate. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in the chocolate, and chill to set.

  2. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into the prepared glass.

  4. Garnish with Toblerone chocolate bar shavings.

  5. *Honey syrup: In medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together 4 ounces honey and 4 ounces water until honey dissolves. Increase heat slightly, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool in refrigerator for 2 hours. Can keep in refrigerator for 1 month.
